Tres leches cupcakes

I am always craving something. This time a "Pastel de las tres Leches " (three milk cake). This is one of my favorite cakes. It is also very popular in Mexico.

I decided to make only half the recipe (so, I don't eat all) and with a little twist, I made instead of one cake bunch of cupcakes. I love mine very moist. You will see in the pictures how the milks come out the bread. I topped them with homemade whip cream and pieces of mango. I know they loaded with calories, but they were just really GOOD.

Vamos Mexico!

These are the cupcakes I made to support the Mexican Team in the World Cup. I said "I was going to enjoy them while watching Mexico Win" and I did. Vamos Mexico!!!!

Birthday Cupcakes

I baked some cupcakes for a good friend of mine. Mini cupcakes in purple and yellow especially for you, Andrea. Happy birthday!

Royal Blue Cupcakes

I just finished decorating some cupcakes to start Joseph big 5 celebration. We will start with the pre-birthday event. Joseph ..here are your very blue cupcakes you wanted, Royal blue, your initial and #5...you got all your requests. Enjoy big boy!

Butterfly cupcakes toppers

For my daughters' birthday party, I made some beautiful butterflies cupcakes toppers I would like to share...
I melt some white candy melt and add pink food color. I drew butterflies on white paper and covered them with parchment paper.


I piped the pink candy melt following the outline of the butterfly drawing and filling in it with squiggles.
They set almost immediately. I let them rest in the refrigerator until I set them on top of the cupcakes the day of the party.
